Hi friends,
earlier this week I celebrated my birthday! I turned 27 which is not an exciting number for me at all lol, therefore, I didn’t do much! Henry, my mom & friends constantly asked me what I wanted to do this year but told them I wanted to keep it very lowkey. Usually, I have a party or have dinner with friends and go out after but this year I just spent the day with my fiance. We went to church, had brunch, ran 2 errands, relaxed a bit, dined at my favorite restaurant with my favorite meal followed by a surprise little hangout with friends Henry set up. It was a perfect day. If I had gone out with friends like I usually do, I probably would have worn this CUTE little black dress below!
After eyeing this dress for probably a year, I finally bought it just a few months ago when I made my first purchase at Revolve and am obsessed! It is the perfect LBD and under $100!!! Talk about a STEAL. I originally bought it to wear for a gf’s birthday outing but then she canceled plans so it’s been in my closet since! I haven’t found the right time to wear it just yet but I think it’s perfect for celebrating your birthday outing. I ordered the dress in an XS & probably would’ve been okay with a small. When wearing this, I get a little nervous that the zipper in the chest area may zip down. Talk about frightening.
