Ahhh where is time going!? Valentines Day is less than a week away! How many of us have not even given it a thought on what we are going to buy that special someone? *raises hand*

I love love L O V E giving gifts and I’d like to think I’m pretty good at it. Lol. Ever since I was in high school, I’d always have people ask me what to give this or that person and nothing is more fun to me than opening up my creative side. I do have some DIY’s on what to give your boyfriend this valentines season but that’s to come in a few days. For now, let’s start on some gifts you can buy your significant other whether it’s your husband, boyfriend or a guy you’re currently dating.

FOR HIM

 

1. This shirt is definitely something I’d buy my boyfriend! I think it’s so cute & the cool thing is you can customize this shirt so if you want to change up the colors, you can do so! Also, the price is under $20. Such a steal!
2. This watch is such a classic in my opinion. Definitely, something I’d buy while being in a serious relationship or married. You can make it personal too by adding a note tied to a string on the watch saying “No measure of time with you is long enough. Here’s to another Valentine’s day & to many more” (corny, I know lol) 
3. If you are dating a guy but y’all have not hit the serious button yet but still plan to hang out this Valentine’s day, why not just stay in and have a movie night? This snack kit is perfect for just that or if you’re like me who loves to avoid busy crowds and you just want to stay in, again this works out perfect.
4. Boxer Brief! What guy doesn’t need a fresh pair? Lol, I probably wouldn’t give this gift alone, I would probably throw in some socks and other small items. I just like how CK added a light pink pair. *heart eyes*
5. Love this tee shirt so much! Again something I would buy my boyfriend. Have him wear your heart on his chest.
6. Switch things up a bit with this gin kit. If your man is anything like mine and likes a good drink, how cool would it be if he could make his own? You could even turn this into a date night. Stay in & try something new!
7. Classic candle from B&BW. I love the smell it brings, so masculine. I’m sure our guys are tired of smelling lavender and roses. Buy him a candle he’d like. If you feel like this gift is too small, print out a picture of you two, frame it & give it to him with this candle. It’s perfect for his desk or nightstand.
8. Yum, chocolate! Most guys like food right? Whether you are giving this to just your friend or husband, you can customize these M&M’s! Ummm cool!? Say whatever you like from I like you to I love you.
9. This is for those couples who are always on the go & never get to rest. Take some time together to relax & enjoy a nice massage with one another.
10. My boyfriend is the guy that loves whiskey and loves to know everything about everything! What better than getting him this book that teaches him things I’m sure none of us know about American Whiskey, Bourbon, and Rye.
11. You cannot ever go wrong with cologne. Idc if you’re buying him a graduation gift, birthday gift, Christmas gift etc. Cologne is such a staple piece all men need and this one if my current fav! I love that this scent occasionally stays in my car so when I’m not with him, I still have a part of him with me.
12. Last but not least the good old fashion card. I thought this card was so cute! Something he will look back on and laugh about because it will be in a drawer. Write something sweet and from the heart. He will love it.

1. I know we don’t all have the same style in fashion but c’mon now. How hot are these heels? Wouldn’t you love to see you lady in these? Buy these for her & give them to her before dinner so she can break them in 😉
2. As I mentioned before, this watch is such a classic. Something to buy when you’re in a serious relationship or married. I have this watch & I adore it! Make it personal and write a note telling your lady how valuable your time with her is.
3. I am a mug fanatic so these mugs are screaming my name. Does your lady love coffee? Getcha some matching mugs, make her some coffee and stay in & watch a movie. These mugs are less than $20 together, you can’t beat saving money + some time together drinking out these cute mugs.
4. Roses, you cannot go wrong with good old red roses. My favorite company to go through is TheBouqs.com but let me reassure you that a flower shop down the street will not upset a girl. Go get a $5 vase and bam, you’ve got yourself some brownie points just for taking the time to put the roses in water.
5. What woman doesn’t love jewelry? These earrings look a lot more expensive than the actual price. I as well have these earrings and they are in my top 3 favorites! You can buy this for your mom, grandma or significant other!
6. Love tokens are the most thoughtful present on my list! This is not just a one time present. Giving this to your lady will really show her how much you’re willing to go out of your way to make her happy. You can get creative & write a few of your own on these. So fun and under $15!
7. Maybe she doesn’t like to keep up with keeping flowers alive but loves a good scent. This candle is perfect and so pretty! This is handmade ceramic rose candle holder that’s perfect for her desk or room.
8. Mmm, yes. Truffles. The way to anyone’s heart is through their stomach.
9. Spice things up a bit and take her to a show. My pick was UsTheDuo! They are mine & my boyfriends’ favorite band. The songs they sing will make you fall back in love all over again and they are coming to Houston this month! How perfect is that?
10. This is for the girl who’s always jotting down new ideas and writing notes. Get her this cute notebook and maybe write a few notes to her in the middle of the notebook. That will really catch her by surprise.
11. Like i said before, you cannot ever go wrong with perfume. No matter what the occasion is. This is just one of the many perfumes I am currently wearing and I love it!
12. & last but not least, a good old fashion card. What’s awesome about this card is that it comes with a pin! Pin’s are so in right now, your GF can pin it on her denim jacket or backpack after reading the sweet words I am sure you will come up with when writing inside this card. 🙂

How many of us have a girlfriend who’s single? Just because you are single does not mean you can’t celebrate this holiday! If you’re taken but have that best friend who isn’t, let’s remember who was there for us when we were single. & if you are single then even better! Live it up with your girlfriend, have your own party at home. Drink some wine, eat some chocolate and embrace the time you have to be single!
